This is a commercial, document-based estimate review.Where relevant, our assessment is informed by applicable ITCO industry guidance and accepted tank-container practices, alongside the documentation supplied. It does not replace a physical inspection, statutory survey, certification, safety assessment or an engineering determination that a repair is technically or regulatorily compliant. It is not an ITCO inspection or certification. The customer remains responsible for all repair-approval decisions.
